Acquisition Manager

About The Position

Kadabra is looking a highly motivated and data-driven User Acquisition Manager with 3+ years of experience. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing user acquisition campaigns across various channels to drive growth. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Develop, execute, and manage user acquisition strategies and campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., paid social, programmatic, search, display, mobile app networks). 

Manage and optimize marketing budgets to achieve ambitious ROI, LTV, CPI, and CPA targets. 

Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. 

Collaborate closely with internal teams including Data & Analytics, Creative, Product, and CRM to ensure alignment and maximize campaign effectiveness. 

Analyze campaign performance data (including cohorts, LTV, conversion funnels) to derive actionable insights, identify optimization opportunities, and inform future strategies. 

Manage relationships with external partners, ad networks, and agencies. 

Implement A/B testing and experimentation frameworks for creatives, landing pages, and targeting to continuously improve campaign performance. 

Stay up-to-date with the latest user acquisition trends, technologies, and regulatory changes in the iGaming industry. 

Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management, providing regular updates on campaign progress and results. 


 

Requirements

3+ years of proven experience in User Acquisition/Performance Marketing. 

Demonstrable track record of successfully managing and optimizing significant marketing budgets across various paid channels. 

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. 

Proficiency with mobile app tracking and attribution platforms (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, Kochava). 

Excellent understanding of key KPIs: LTV (Lifetime Value), ROI (Return on Investment), CPI (Cost Per Install), CPA (Cost Per Acquisition). 

Experience with A/B testing methodologies and optimization techniques. 

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. 

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field. 

Fluent English 

Proven success in scaling paid media campaigns with a focus on high ROAS and low CAC.(customer acquisition cost) 

Deep expertise in ad account structures, creative strategy, audience segmentation, and bidding models. 

Creative thinker with a growth-hacking mindset – always testing and iterating to improve performance. 

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have): 

Knowledge of SEO and ASO principles. 

Experience with specific ad creative platforms or tools.
